Chair Yoga with Rosemary
Every other Saturday – 12:30-1:30pm

 

Enjoy a yoga practice not limited by pain or injury by participating in chair yoga. Rosemary will lead you through a short meditation, breathing techniques, and simple yoga postures while seated in a chair. This class will help increase balance, strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Yoga Nidra with Valerie
Every 1st Friday of the Month – 12:30-1:30pm

 

Yoga nidra or “yogic sleep” is a sleep-like state that brings calmness and clarity to the mind. It is known as the deepest state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Yoga Nidra has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your entire body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. It unlocks the mystical, integrative powers of the subconscious and your higher centers of consciousness to effortlessly erase your most tenacious, self-destructive habits and behavior patterns held unconsciously in your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. This technique helps us to restore and replenish ourselves.

Shamanic Reiki Circle with Thelma Condra
Every last Wednesday of the Month 9:30-10:45 am [[Time Changing to 12:30-1:45pm starting December 27th]]

 

In this Shamanic Reiki Healing Circle, we first create a sacred space to align with the healing energies of the earth, stars, and universe.

We begin with a gentle guided meditation. We may engage in a gentle candle ceremony to release energetically what no longer serves you, in order to facilitate opening to Healing Life Force Energy and Reiki.

Depending on those who attend each gathering, we may offer a Reiki Healing Attunement or one or more of the Munay- Ki Rites, or simply share Reiki treatments.

All are welcome to receive Reiki. Reiki practitioners are welcome to both give and receive Reiki.

Every first Thursday of the Month at 7:30pm in Zen Garden

 

Reiki Healing Circles are a wonderful time for You & your friends to join us for an evening of relaxation and healing energies.

Dress casually and comfortably, or come from work and just de-stress.

Reiki practitioners (Any school, and level), come share your gifts with each other and our guests, or just come and receive the goodness of the evening!

Reiki (“ray-key”); An intelligent “Universal Life Force” Energy, can effectively be used to:
Reduce and relieve stress
Restore your well being
Achieve relaxation

New Moon Radiant Light Sister Circle with Jackie Morrison

A Sister Circle is a sacred women-only space where we share our journey, insights, and stories. It is a safe space for women to be heard, seen, and to transform.

We inspire self-forgiveness, empowerment, and healthy relationships with other women. We embrace the feminine essence by loving ourselves, our rhythms, and intuition.

The New Moon is one of the most powerful times to set intentions & recharge our goals. Throughout this meditation, we’ll begin by planting the seeds of intention, then will be guided through a yoga Nidra while lying down on our mat.
