Join Michele McCarthy (a.k.a. Bakula) for a four-part class series into the hidden aspects of yoga. Throughout each class, Michele will offer us tools for an ongoing yoga practice. Discover meditation and centering techniques, how to safely approach yoga postures, breathing techniques that can be used on and off the mat, and mostly – how to carry the yoga philosophy off your mat and into your daily life.
You’ll walk away ready to use your yoga practice to get the very most out of every area of your life. We encourage our students to take our weekly classes right after the Beginner Series in order to create a healthy routine.
No experience necessary. All are welcome.
