Yoga Therapy – What is the I AM Yoga Therapy™ technique? The Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga Therapy is a total body stretch and energy opener. It uses the wall, prop and assisted poses to help you move into areas of stiffness, constriction and tightness and pain that you normally avoid. Avoiding areas of tension keeps the tightness intact and allows the body to continue to build up tension and exacerbates misalignments in the body.
Reiki – Reiki is a Japanese holistic technique that welcomes in a greater balance of mind, body, emotion, and spirit. ‘Rei’ meaning universal and ‘ki’ meaning energy; this universal energy is welcomed to flow through you relaxing your whole being and inviting in blissful feelings of calm and peace. Treatments can focus on a specific area of the body or being or they can be used for general harmony, wellbeing, and balance.
Yoga – Our Yoga sessions are a great place to start for those new to yoga or those who’ve taken a break from their practice. Yoga privates are also recommended for students with injuries. Each one on one session is designed to tailor the student’s needs. Each session consists of breathwork, postures, and a blissful meditation to end.
Spiritual Direction – Spiritual direction is the practice of being with people as they attempt to deepen their relationship with the divine, or to learn and grow in their own personal spirituality.
