Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a sleep-like state that brings calmness and clarity to the mind. It is known as the deepest state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Yoga Nidra has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your entire body and being is permeated by a peace of mind and profound stillness.
